The technician will visit multiple pools every week to clean, balance water chemistry, and perform routine maintenance. Background in the swimming pool industry is preferred, but not required. Pay will be based on experience. The technician will be provided a company truck and uniform shirts.

Responsibilities include:

Clean residential swimming pools on weekly basis (net debris, empty baskets and cleaner) Balance swimming pool water chemistry Check that swimming pool equipment is functioning properly Perform routine preventative maintenance (clean filters, replace basic parts) Track all equipment and supplies Perform other duties as assigned Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the swimming pool service and repair industry is preferred but not required Valid CA driver's license Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment preferred Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more Ability to handle physical workload and work in the heat and other weather conditions, this is year round work Self-starter that is hungry to learn a trade and grow with our company Reliable, accountable, and attention to detail Good customer service and friendly personality Ability to take direction and follow through
