Entry Door Service & Repair Technician Job Summary Install, service, adjust, and repair residential and commercial entry doors while providing exceptional customer service. Work independently to diagnose door issues, recommend the best solutions, and complete high-quality repairs and installations. Build trust with customers by identifying opportunities for additional services, repairs, or replacement doors when appropriate, and provide accurate estimates that help customers make informed decisions.

Job Type:

Full-time, 40 hours per week minimum, W-2 employee position

• Replace thresholds, sweeps, and seals
• Install closers, hinges, locksets, panic hardware, and other door components
• Measure openings and identify replacement parts or doors
• Provide estimates for customers for door solutions

• Use a mobile service app to receive and complete work orders
• Take photos and document completed work
• Communicate with office staff through mobile devices

Training Pay:

$25/hour and possibly more, depending on industry experience 90-day training or ramp-up period
