Job Description

Pauma Valley Country Club is looking to hire at all levels on the Greens Maintenance Team! Pauma Valley Country Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., opened in 1960 and is one of the premier private clubs in San Diego County. While beautiful, Pauma Valley Country Club's unique location tucked beneath the foothills of Palomar Mountains in the northern portion of San Diego County makes maintaining turfgrass very challenging with extreme changes in weather occurring at a moment's notice. The property is over 350 acres and includes: tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, swimming pools, a private airstrip, multiple cottages, and most importantly an 18-hole golf course.
