Alvarado Street Bakery is a well-established manufacturer of organic, sprouted wheat bakery products with $15 million in sales nationwide. We are seeking an experienced maintenance mechanic with a focus on industrial food/beverage line equipment maintenance. The job includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems and facility maintenance duties. We are looking for an individual who has multiple skills, in some or all of the following maintenance trades: Mechanical repair, machine control circuits, motors, electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics & hydraulics. Facilities infrastructure, as needed. Alvarado Street Bakery is in Petaluma California. This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week. Days will be Sunday - Thursday and hours to be determined upon hire, but likely to be late morning to early evening. Occasional overtime is required. Initial onboarding and training will have different days and hours.
