Maintenance Crew Technician We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The position involves performing repairs and maintenance for restaurants and apartment complexes .

Requirements:

Experience with basic to intermediate plumbing repairs Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repairs Ability to perform general maintenance and handyman work Knowledge of drywall, painting, doors, fixtures, and other minor repairs Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

Respond to maintenance service calls Perform plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Complete preventive maintenance tasks Maintain a safe and clean work environment Communicate repair status and recommendations to management Competitive pay based on experience.
