A valid driver's license, reliable transportation with liability insurance, and a good driving record is required. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is also on-call for after-hours emergencies. Responsibilities include apartment turnovers, completing maintenance requests for residents, preventative maintenance, and some light janitorial as well as other tasks as assigned by supervisor. Our maintenance techs are expected to work quickly and efficiently with experience and expertise in all trades including but not limited to painting, electrical, plumbing, rough and finish carpentry, glass, appliance diagnosis and repair, etc. We expect work completed to be done in a first class nature. Techs must have their own tools. There is an employee discount if employee wants to live on-site. (33% off market rent).
