Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, self-motivated, and be responsible for maintaining and repairing pools to ensure they are safe and operational.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment malfunctions Clean and maintain pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and balancing chemicals Empty pump baskets, skimmer baskets, and brush walls and tile each service visit Inspect pool systems for leaks or other issues Install and replace pool equipment as needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Maintain accurate records of services performed Use power tools and hand tools for maintenance and repairs Ensure compliance with safety standards during all work procedures Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely. Will be exposed to varying weather conditions such as extreme heat, cold, rain, slippery and uneven surfaces.
Frequent Qualifications:
No previous experience required Proven experience as a Pool Service Technician or similar role preferred Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools Strong mechanical knowledge, especially related to pool systems Ability to perform pool cleaning and maintenance tasks effectively Knowledge of pool equipment repair and troubleshooting techniques Strong customer service and great verbal and written communication skills Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely
