A Maintenance Technician Level 2 should have moderate experience performing general maintenance and repairs in commercial properties.

$26-$31Schedule:
M-F 6:00AM-2:30pmQUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2-3 years ' experience in a similar role
- Must possess a valid California driver's license.
- DMV driving record (MVR) check required .
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of driving truck with trailer, including planning routes and following all traffic laws
- Use hand tools and power equipment safely and correctly
- Able to perform job duties that include pushing, carrying, bending, and handling supplies as needed.
- Able to handle extensive walking across properties and work outdoors year round in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, wind, etc.).
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical ability assessment that evaluates the essential physical functions required for this position.
- This role often requires working independently, being self-sufficient, and demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Basic analytical and computer skills.
- Understand oral and written instructions.
- Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill client requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings.
- Complete work orders for a variety of structure and equipment repairs.
- Estimate time and materials effectively.
- Order necessary materials for repair completion.
- Complete all necessary paperwork upon finalization of the work orders.
- Perform daily inspection of building systems.
- Have knowledge of tools and equipment used in ground and facility maintenance environments.
- Have experience with various following tasks: Painting, concrete work, finish, and repair, electrical including changing commercial lighting ballast, plumbing, drywall patch and repair, and overall basic handyman work.
