We are looking for someone who likes hands-on outdoor work, is comfortable with tools and equipment, takes direction well, and wants a long-term position with a growing company. This is an employee position , not a subcontractor or business opportunity. What You'll Do Drive a company work vehicle to residential pool jobs Load, unload, set up, and break down company equipment Operate specialized pool restoration equipment after training Handle hoses, pumps, tools, and materials throughout the workday Perform pool tile and stone cleaning/restoration Vacuum, pressure wash, and thoroughly clean job sites Assist with minor pool tile and grout repairs Maintain and organize company equipment Work carefully around customers' pools, homes, landscaping, and property Communicate professionally with homeowners Leave every job clean and finished properly What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable and punctual Physically capable of handling demanding outdoor work Comfortable safely maneuvering heavy hoses, tools, and equipment Mechanically inclined Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to follow a proven process Good attention to detail Professional around customers Coachable and willing to learn Interested in growing with one company Swimming pool experience is a plus, but not required. Basic experience with pool tile, grout, masonry, construction, landscaping, hardscape, or similar hands-on work is also a plus. We are not looking for a master tile setter or experienced contractor. We would rather find a dependable, hardworking person with good hands-on ability who we can train in our process. Physical Nature of the Job This is a hands-on, physically demanding field position.

Applicants must be comfortable:

Working outdoors Bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying equipment Handling hoses and tools for extended periods Loading and unloading equipment Working in and around swimming pools and wet surfaces Performing detailed work while controlling heavy equipment Strength is important, but so is finesse, attention to detail, and taking care of customers' property. Schedule This position will begin part-time , based on our scheduled workload. A dependable employee who performs well and learns quickly will have the opportunity to move into full-time work fairly quickly as our workload continues to grow. Pay $25-$30 per hour to start, depending on relevant experience and ability. Additional compensation and advancement opportunities are available as responsibilities and performance increase.
