Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Compensation:
$20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
Qualifications:
The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED Driver's license and outstanding driving record is necessary Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance About Company Our Redding Hotel is near the Shasta Cascade Region. The Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center Redding is centrally located within Shasta County businesses and attractions, offering the perfect location for corporate and leisure travelers alike. The hotel has a little over 8,000 square feet of customizable event and meeting space.
