O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local pool company to find their next Pool Route Technician in Redding, CA. This full-time, long-term opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, providing excellent customer service, and takes pride in keeping pools clean, safe, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, and enjoy working independently while building strong relationships with customers.

Pool Route Technician Compensation:

• $19.00 per hour Full-time, long-term opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered through O2 Employment Services Company vehicle provided during work hours

Pool Route Technician Qualifications:

Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and company-specific background check Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently Previous pool maintenance experience is a plus but not required Must meet company vehicle insurance eligibility requirements, including being at least 21 years of age, and possess a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pool Route Technician Responsibilities:
