Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our business property Duties Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities to identify issues and perform necessary repairs. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical problems and ensure all systems are functioning correctly. Perform painting, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail. Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or improvements. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system layouts and repair requirements. Maintain and repair various mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Provide excellent customer service by addressing manger concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other staff to complete larger projects efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and residents. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with residents and address their needs. Experience in facilities maintenance with a solid understanding of mechanical systems. Previous experience in residential painting is preferred to maintain aesthetic standards. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
