What You'll Do Build and assemble custom garage doors according to CAD drawings and specifications. Measure materials accurately and use hand and production tools safely and effectively. Identify wood species and inspect and repair defects in wood and plywood. Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship. Meet production requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and communicate production or quality concerns. What We're Looking For Experience in construction, woodworking, manufacturing, assembly, or other hands-on work is preferred. Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure. Ability to follow drawings, specifications, work instructions, and established procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness and ability to learn new tools, processes, and production requirements.
