•Experienced Water Heater Technician

•Come join our crew for water heater repair and replacement services - Residential/Commercial/ Tankless.

What you will do:

You will communicate with the office daily for jobs/paperwork/safety and other work-related duties. You will provide technical repair and service work in the field; educate customers about the correct use and upkeep of their water heater while handling customer relations in a professional and friendly manner. You will repair broken or damaged water heaters; explain complex installation, diagnostic and repair issues in a way that is easy to understand for a non-technical audience. You will communicate with customers and properly estimate repairs and replacements on site. You will complete water heater repairs or replacements as estimated, using most current parts pricing list and to current local code requirements. You will also be responsible for communicating with the office daily for jobs/paperwork/safety and other work-related duties; complete weekly paperwork, maintain a clean work vehicle and complete weekly vehicle inspections. You will attend all meetings/trainings as required for safety, product updates and general company policy updates. This position requires a person who works well independently, is detail-oriented, well-organized and a self-starter. Other duties may also be assigned. What you will bring to the table: 2 years' experience in Plumbing to include: Residential/Commercial/Tankless Water Heaters ( MAY substitute mechanical experience for water heater experience for the right candidate).

PREFERRED MUST HAVE

(S): 2 years' experience with Residential/Commercial/Tankless Water Heaters, a clean DMV record, the ability to pass a drug test and background check, bondable. Must be able to lift 150 - 230 lbs. What we bring to the table:
