$25.00-$27.00 per hour AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician for a full-time, temporary assignment with a residential property in San Bernardino. This position will primarily focus on completing apartment unit turns and preparing units for new residents while assisting with general interior and exterior property maintenance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on maintenance professional with experience in multiple trades who can work independently, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and complete repairs safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Complete apartment unit turns and prepare vacant units for move-in Perform general plumbing and electrical repairs Complete basic carpentry and masonry work Perform HVAC maintenance and basic troubleshooting Install, troubleshoot, and repair appliances Complete interior and exterior property repairs and maintenance Perform trash-outs and assist with preparing vacant units Identify maintenance issues and complete necessary repairs Maintain a clean and safe work environment Respond to additional maintenance needs as assigned Work closely with and report to the Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements Previous maintenance experience required Apartment or multifamily property maintenance experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repair Experience completing apartment unit turns is highly preferred Ability to use standard maintenance tools and equipment safely Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks Must have a valid driver's license Must have an acceptable driving record and be insurable/cleared to drive Driver record or clearance to drive must be provided for review as soon as possible Must be able to work onsite in San Bernardino Must be available to work a 9/80 schedule Reliable, professional, and able to complete the 3-month temporary assignment Apply today with AtWork Personnel!
