Conduct appliance repairs and installations, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, and fryers. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and system manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards. Collaborate with team members to coordinate complex repairs or upgrades while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of HVAC system repair, refrigeration technology, air conditioning systems, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance across various systems. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in commercial or industrial settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
