In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for staff and customers alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the seamless functioning of our operations. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct appliance repairs and installations, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, and fryers. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and system manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards. Collaborate with team members to coordinate complex repairs or upgrades while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of HVAC system repair, refrigeration technology, air conditioning systems, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance across various systems. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in commercial or industrial settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus. Leadership qualities that support teamwork and safety compliance in fast-paced environments.
