From $37.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dependable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is skilled, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality workmanship. Must have own truck and tools. Gas mileage is reimbursed. Responsibilities Perform routine and corrective maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Inspect properties to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety and building codes Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property management, prioritizing urgent repairs Complete work orders accurately and maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and materials used Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when necessary Perform seasonal and exterior maintenance tasks as needed Monitor building systems and equipment to ensure proper operation Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and common areas Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve maintenance issues independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency Must have own truck and tools Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Willingness to be on-call and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
