Requirements / Qualifications In addition to a complete application, you must submit:

Education and Experience:
graduation from high school and two years of general building maintenance and repair experience. Extensive experience and/or license or certification in one of the following areas may be required or specified: building, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or locksmith. Valid California Driver's License. Comments and Other Information Prior to final hiring and placement, the candidate must pass a Pre-Placement Physical Examination paid for by the Newhall School District. The examination may also include a urinalysis for drug screening. The candidate must also receive fingerprint clearance from the California Department of Justice. Must pass General Maintenance II exam and task performance.
