00-29.00 per hour Monday Friday 8:00am-5:00pm An Apartment complex in Santa Fe Springs is looking for a skilled and dedicated Apartment Handyman to maintain our large apartment complex with over 200 units. This role requires hands-on experience in basic electrical, plumbing, and drywall work, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Apartment Complex Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Perform minor electrical repairs and basic plumbing tasks, including addressing leaks and installing equipment. Manage various projects independently to ensure efficient operations Handle carpentry tasks, particularly drywall installation and repair. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.

Apartment Complex Maintenance Technician Requirements:

Proven experience in electrical work, as well as drywall installation and finishing. Strong plumbing skills with expertise in repairs, installations. Strong carpentry skills with a focus on quality and precision. Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks.
