Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces to ensure pristine water quality. Monitor and adjust pool chemistry by balancing pH levels, chlorine, alkalinity, and other water treatment chemicals to maintain safe swimming conditions. Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems; perform repairs or coordinate repairs as needed. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper procedures for storage, mixing, and application to ensure compliance with safety standards. Conduct regular inspections of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components to identify issues early and prevent system failures. Operate company vehicles safely for transportation to various aquatic facilities while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical usage logs, equipment repairs, and safety checks to ensure compliance with health regulations. Requirements Proven experience in pool maintenance is preferred but not needed.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach when interacting with clients or facility visitors. Respect customers' homes, gates, pets, landscaping, and property. Valid driver's license. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used for equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Be able to complete work efficiently without sacrificing quality. Be dependable and consistently arrive to work on time. Have reliable transportation to and from the company meeting/vehicle location.
