Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building interior systems, HVAC units, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, and facilities infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues promptly to minimize downtime. Use schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to identify faults and execute repairs accurately. Conduct carpentry, painting, and other handyman tasks to maintain the hotel's aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and scheduled inspections in compliance with operational procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building operations within a hospitality or residential environment. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience. Skilled in using hand tools, schematics, electrical equipment repair tools such as ohmmeters, and plumbing tools for system maintenance and repair. Ability to perform plumbing system maintenance and repair effectively. Experience with maintenance, repair & operations, building interior maintenance, and painting skills. Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly document work orders and technical procedures.
