Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain one SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credentials welcomed Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy, especially with students in elementary and high school settings Strong evaluation, diagnostic, and progress monitoring skills Proficiency in developing engaging, individualized treatment plans Effective communication abilities with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges among students Develop and implement customized intervention plans tailored to individual student needs Manage, document, and monitor a caseload of 45-50 students efficiently Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Provide direct therapy services both individually and in small groups Maintain thorough and confidential documentation aligned with district and regulatory guidelines This contract role offers stability throughout the school year, meaningful professional collaboration, and the chance to make a positive impact in the lives of many young people.
