No Position Expectations This is an Intermediate General Maintenance Technician (Level II) position. Employees are expected to work independently on routine assignments, troubleshoot common maintenance issues, complete repairs with limited supervision, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a safe, clean, and guest-ready environment. While employees may assist with facility improvement projects and contractor coordination, this position is primarily focused on general maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and operational support responsibilities rather than formal project management or supervisory duties. Physical Demands style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in- -Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and work for extended periods.
- Ability to safely climb ladders, stairs, and elevated work areas.
- Ability to work in mechanical rooms, confined spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments.
- Ability to safely operate tools, maintenance equipment, and company vehicles.
- Ability to respond to emergency maintenance situations as required.
Job Requirements:

- Minimum four (4) continuous years of progressively responsible maintenance experience.
- Experience utilizing a CMMS for work orders and preventive maintenance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, commercial door hardware, lock systems, pools, and general building maintenance.
- Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays, on-call rotations, and emergency response assignments as required.
Preferred Skills:
style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in- -Experience in a resort, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Pool Operator certification or ability to obtain.
- Trade training or certifications.
- Experience assisting with small facility improvement, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Ability to coordinate materials, vendors, and contractors for projects of limited scope.
- Experience operating mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs), scissor lifts, boom lifts, or similar equipment.
- Experience operating commercial maintenance, grounds, or snow-removal equipment. The expected pay range is $22.00/hr
