We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and has experience with professional landscape maintenance. This is a full-time position with consistent, year-round work. Responsibilities Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns Hedge and shrub trimming Blowing and general property cleanup Weed removal and weed control Pruning plants and small trees Maintaining clean and professional-looking properties Basic sprinkler and irrigation troubleshooting Replacing sprinkler heads and nozzles Identifying landscape problems and reporting them to the crew leader Properly using and maintaining landscape equipment and tools Loading and unloading equipment and materials Following daily routes and work orders Working safely and efficiently as part of a crew Qualifications Previous landscape maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of common landscaping tools and equipment Basic irrigation knowledge is a plus Ability to perform physical outdoor work throughout the workday Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. Dependable and punctual Able to follow instructions and work efficiently Professional attitude around customers and coworkers Valid California driver's license and clean driving record preferred Schedule Full Time Monday-Friday Approximately 40 hours per week Additional hours may be available depending on workload.
