We have a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone to fill a full time maintenance position at a community in Stockton, California. Option to live on-site. Compensation for onsite employees is salary + or 3 bedroom unit. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, minor electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, drywall. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and follow schedule. Daily walk throughs of property to identify maintenance needs and make sure property is in good order. Vacant unit turns done in a timely manner and to company standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Collaborate with property management to prioritize maintenance tasks and projects, and order supplies. Maintain a clean maintenance shop and monitor supplies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. On-call for emergency maintenance requests Occasional travel to nearby properties for maintenance Additional tasks as assigned by manager and supervisor Qualifications Experience in residential property management, construction, or related fields Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents and team members. Valid drivers license, operable vehicle, insurance, and good driving record Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must live onsite or within a reasonable radius for on call
