Field Service Job Description:

Dad's Pool Service is hiring an experienced Pool Service Technician ASAP. We are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable pool technician who can step into a route, work independently, and provide high-quality service without needing constant supervision. This is NOT an entry-level position. Pool service experience is required. If you know how to properly clean pools, balance chemicals, recognize equipment problems, document repair needs, and stay on top of a service route, we want to hear from you. We service residential and commercial pools throughout Stockton and surrounding areas and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can be relied on to get the job done right. What You'll Be Doing Complete assigned weekly pool service routes Test and properly balance pool chemicals Brush, net, vacuum, and clean pools as needed Empty skimmer and pump baskets Check pumps, filters, pool sweeps, plumbing, valves, and other equipment Identify broken, damaged, leaking, or failing pool equipment Take clear photos of equipment and parts needing repair or replacement Provide detailed notes so the office can prepare accurate customer estimates Report green pools, circulation problems, leaks, equipment failures, and other service concerns Complete all required Skimmer app notes, photos, checklists, and service documentation Communicate clearly with the office regarding customer and equipment issues Stay on schedule and complete routes efficiently What We're Looking For Pool service experience is

REQUIRED.

You should have: Previous professional pool technician/service experience Knowledge of pool chemicals and water balancing Knowledge of pumps, filters, cleaners, plumbing, valves, and common pool equipment Ability to recognize when equipment needs repair or replacement Experience using Skimmer or similar pool service/route management apps Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Dependable attendance Strong work ethic Ability to work independently Good communication skills Attention to detail Professional attitude with customers Ability to take clear photos and write accurate service notes What We Offer $19
