Growth Opportunities Maintenance Technician Details:

Direct Hire position $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 /annually Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm) Job Details Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment Diagnose equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Support equipment upgrades, installations, and production line changeovers Maintain GMP, SQF, and safety standards in a food manufacturing environment Experience with conveyors, motors, drives/VFDs, packaging equipment, boilers, and high-speed production systems preferred

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Industrial maintenance experience required Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and schematics Preventive maintenance and repair experience Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Applicant may be subject to a background check A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
