Groundskeeping Full Job Description Pay Range:

We're looking for a motivated, dependable Facility Maintenance Associate to help keep our property looking sharp, running smoothly, and feeling welcoming for every customer who walks through our gates. This is a hands-on, get-it-done kind of role — and we love that about it.

Schedule:

Friday - Monday | 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM On-call shifts may also be available for those who want extra hours!

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the backbone of our facility's curb appeal and day-to-day upkeep. Your work directly impacts the customer experience and the overall success of the property.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and maintaining storage units inside and out Performing routine maintenance including door parts, lighting, fencing, and building repairs Keeping roadways, landscaping, and common areas clean and debris-free Light painting and touch-up work Conducting visual property inspections Identifying and reporting maintenance needs to management Communicating effectively with your team and leadership Other duties as assigned — no two days are exactly the same!

Physical Requirements:
