The Senior Facilities Technician is responsible for performing building and property maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for the Sacramento associates. This position is part of the Facilities team located in Sacramento, CA and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Perform Facility Maintenance per service requests and emergency calls (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, assembly, office tasks, general repairs) Perform preventive maintenance on Facilities equipment Work collaboratively with the facilities department as well as project and facility managers The essential requirements of the job include High school diploma with several years of experience HVAC Certification (EPA Section 608 certification or HVAC excellence) or relevant experience Ability to perform general building troubleshooting/repairs (doors, flooring, drywall, painting). Basic understanding of electrical (lighting, outlets, breaker panels) and plumbing (pipes, valves, drains) systems
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to lift, move or carry up to 50 lbs. and ability to climb ladders Must have a valid driver's license It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Building Management and Environmental monitoring systems Reading and working-from blueprints, technical schematics, and floor layouts. The hourly range for this role is $35.00 - $45.00 per hour . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
