What You'll Do You'll keep our high-end mountain homes in top shape, handling a wide variety of tasks including: Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, A/V equipment, appliances, fireplaces, boilers/HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and landscaping. Performing weekly property checks, irrigation maintenance, snow removal, and preventive vehicle care. Creating repair estimates, coordinating maintenance schedules, and responding to on-call needs. What We're Looking For 4+ years of property maintenance experience (or equivalent). Strong skills across home systems—plumbing, electrical, carpentry, A/V, hot tubs/spas, and more. Flexible, positive, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills. Valid driver's license (clean record) and confidence driving large vehicles or towing trailers. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying mountain weather conditions.
