Marriott is seeking a Lifestyle Bartender to craft memorable guest experiences in our Buffalos bar. In this role, you'll prepare creative cocktails, serve beer and wine, and provide warm, attentive hospitality that reflects Marriott's people-first culture. You'll engage guests, suggest pairings, manage tabs, and ensure responsible alcohol service. Additional duties include bar setup and breakdown, inventory and stock rotation, cash and POS handling, and maintaining a clean, stylish environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards. Deliver warm, personalized hospitality and engage guests with menu and pairing suggestions. Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with company and legal requirements. Set up, restock, and break down the bar, maintaining cleanliness and presentation. Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and accurate guest checks. Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and communicate replenishment needs. Maintain bar equipment and glassware to safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to support seamless service. Upsell premium beverages and experiences to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction. Uphold Marriott service standards and contribute to a positive, team-focused culture.
