As a Maintenance Technician in Breckenridge, you will respond promptly to work orders and handle a wide range of maintenance tasks to keep our properties in top condition. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. You'll work closely with guest services and owner relations to resolve issues quickly, support a positive guest experience, and ensure our homes meet high quality standards. You will also work collaboratively with your team—communicating effectively with staff and management—to complete assigned tasks and increase overall efficiency. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role. This position has access to a company vehicle during working hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Promptly respond to work orders and resolve issues documenting work performed, materials used and time spent. Replace light bulbs, light switches, and thermostats Repair toilet mechanical systems and clear tub/sink drains Troubleshoot cable, Wi-Fi, and basic connectivity issues Install, replace, and program door locks and access codes Perform minor furniture repairs and general maintenance Remove trash and debris from units as needed Handle propane exchanges and basic outdoor equipment upkeep Assist with snow removal during winter season Conduct hot tub checks and basic upkeep Work with guest services and owner relations to provide exceptional service to guests and owners. QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of prior Maintenance experience Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be extremely detailed with outstanding communication skills. Ability to read, speak and understand the English language. Work weekends, holidays and on-call shifts.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of working indoors, outdoors, and within a warehouse environment. Prolonged periods of walking. Ascend and descend stairs/ladders as needed.
