• -Provide customer service to determine service needs. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Build new bikes and complete initial service/safety checks. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Complete routine maintenance; brake bleeds, derailleur adjustments, trueing wheels, suspension service etc. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Tune and repair bikes using the proper tools while following all safety procedures. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Assist in generating bike and accessory sales. style="list-style-type:disc
• -May be responsible for ordering tools, shop equipment, vendor warranty items or special orders based on shop needs. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Complete accurate work order paperwork and prioritize work orders in an expedient manner. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• -Previous experience with various bike components, service tools, and machinery style="list-style-type:disc
• -Desire to learn and grow style="list-style-type:disc
• -Passion for cycling / bicycles style="list-style-type:disc
• -Must be able to communicate fluently in English style="list-style-type:disc
• -Ability to stand and move in an active for extended periods style="list-style-type:disc
