About Us We're a fast-growing handyman service based in Northern Colorado, serving Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and surrounding areas.

The Role We're hiring an experienced Handyman who can confidently troubleshoot, repair, and improve all areas of a home while delivering a great customer experience. This is a full-time, year-round role with strong earning potential and growth opportunities. What You'll Do Diagnose issues and complete home repairs across multiple trades Work on drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, plumbing, and electrical Communicate clearly with homeowners and walk them through solutions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Take full ownership of your work and deliver high-quality results Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends or on-call work Pay & Perks $25/hour during training, after training transitions to accelerated production pay once running independently. Strong performers have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually Gas Card Paid Time Off (PTO) after 6 months of employment Flexible Health Benefits Clear path to higher pay tiers and leadership roles What We're Looking For Strong experience across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, etc.) Excellent customer service and communication skills Self-starter who can work independently and solve problems High attention to detail and pride in quality work Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Preferred Qualifications Colorado residential or journeyman plumbing license Requirements Have reliable vehicle that can transport tools and materials Physically able to handle typical demands (lifting, ladders, etc.) Professional appearance (company shirts provided, shoe covers required) Reliable, accountable, and customer-focused Why Join Us?
