Job Description
- Mechanical Assembler
- Position Overview
- We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join a manufacturing team as a Mechanical Assembler.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly experience or strong mechanical aptitude who are looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. You will be responsible for assembling precision components, performing basic testing, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

- + Monday-Friday + 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM + Starting at $20.00/hr
- Responsibilities
- + Assemble mechanical and electrical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to work instructions.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to build and fit parts.
+ Install, align, adjust, and fit components to required specifications.
+ Follow blueprints, technical drawings, process instructions, and quality standards.
+ Perform basic testing, calibration, and inspection of assembled products.
+ Clean parts and maintain tools, equipment, and workstations.
+ Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
+ Identify and report defects, quality concerns, or process improvement opportunities.
+ Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
- Qualifications
- + Previous mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or production assembly experience preferred.
+ Experience using hand tools and power tools.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
+ Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
+ Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.
00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
