The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for the maintenance of the Company's facilities, systems and equipment. Key responsibilities include facility maintenance, preventative maintenance, maintenance service requests, continuous improvement of equipment and facilities, facility safety systems, monitoring the work of outside contractors, grounds work and assisting with other tasks when needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES QUALITY OF MAINTENANCE WORK
Accurately diagnoses and solves problems with cost effective, long-term solutions Displays a strong, consistent effort in completing their work Coordinates and monitors the quality of maintenance work being performed by outside contractors
MAINTENANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Completes maintenance service requests in a timely manner Quickly and correctly identifies the issue or problem behind the service request Recommends and implements the most efficient solution to address the maintenance issue
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Performs maintenance work on the facility, including performing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other related tasks Performs maintenance work on the Company's equipment and systems Assists with groundwork and other tasks, when required Establishes and maintains a preventative maintenance program for facilities and equipment Identifies changes in maintenance procedures to proactively address recurring issues, and assists with the implementation of process improvements

Maintains building safety systems, ensuring compliance with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines Keeps accurate, detailed and timely maintenance records for all activities Assists in keeping the Company's facilities safe, clean and organized

REQUIREMENTS
