Position Description:
Responsible for Facilities Maintenance operations.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all repairs and upkeep of the Iron Mountain Hot Springs property. This includes but is not limited to: preventative maintenance and repair tasks assigned via a work order system and the associated documentation, pool cleanings, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, minor construction projects, and assisting with maintaining all grounds and landscaping. Will work with other Iron Mountain Hot Springs Maintenance personnel and will be led by the Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager on Duty. The position will uphold our Core Values, Vision and Mission at all times.
Safety:
Report any unsafe actions or area or any needed repairs to your team lead/manager
Communication:
Work cooperatively with all departments and assist as necessary Perform all duties within quality and efficiency standards
Requirements:
Must be willing to work outside his or her zone of assignment to fulfill general property needs on occasion Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner Satisfies Iron Mountain Hot Springs' standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time Outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
Available to work evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays Must have reliable transportation
Compensation:
This position pays $23/hour - $24/hour including supplemental tip average depending on qualifications and level of experience. Base pay is $20.00 with tip sharing across property that averages to $3.00/hour to $4.00/hour
