Job Description
Roaring Fork Schools is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician with a focus on HVAC systems and digital controls. This is an ideal role for a tech-savvy individual and quick learner who is eager to grow their technical expertise while providing exceptional customer service to our schools. While some experience with HVAC is essential, we are looking for someone with a strong aptitude for learning digital platforms and a commitment to responding to work orders promptly and professionally. In this role, you will be the first line of support for HVAC needs across our 14 buildings from Basalt to Glenwood Springs. You will monitor work orders, diagnose equipment issues, and implement straightforward solutions. For more complex challenges, you'll coordinate with our expert HVAC contractors. A key part of your day will involve monitoring and adjusting systems using the WebCTRL® Building Automation System and working with our energy consultant to maximize efficiency. This position also performs general maintenance duties as part of our collaborative team.
