progression program What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operation running safely and efficiently by: Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment Responding to equipment breakdowns and completing emergency repairs Installing, maintaining, and repairing motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment Performing welding and light fabrication (TIG, MIG, and Stick) Reading and interpreting equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders Diagnosing equipment issues, replacing parts, and verifying repairs Working closely with production employees to identify root causes and improve equipment reliability Operating forklifts, lifts, and other equipment as needed Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Following all safety, environmental, and Lockout/Tagout procedures What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with TIG, MIG, or Stick welding PLC experience is a plus Basic computer skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated with a commitment to safety and quality Work Environment This position works in an active manufacturing environment and requires the ability to: Lift up to 75 pounds Climb ladders and work at heights Work in confined spaces Frequently walk, bend, reach, climb, and stand throughout the shift Work in varying temperatures and industrial conditions Flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts is required to support our continuous manufacturing operation.
