Job Description

Silverthorne/Keystone, CO Compensation:
$26 per hour Up to $100 monthly car allowance for eligible employees
Schedule:
30 - 40 hours per week Typical hours would range between the business hours of 9-5, 10-6 or 11-7 MST depending on work order requests. 5 days a week, including evenings Weekends and holidays required as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support the Silverthorne/Keystone, CO area. Must be reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our resorts and vacation rental properties in excellent condition. We are looking for someone who is dependable, responsive, and takes ownership of their work. The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their day, works well independently, and is committed to providing exceptional service to our guests and homeowners. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and Wi-Fi issues Complete property inspections and identify maintenance needs Respond to guest maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner Coordinate repairs with vendors when needed Maintain clean, safe, and guest-ready properties Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous maintenance, handyman, facilities, or property maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, or carpentry Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Reliable transportation required Apply today to join our team and help create exceptional guest experiences in one of Colorado's premier mountain destinations.
