Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Facilities/Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of our community. The Maintenance Technician will assist the Director with repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily work orders while helping create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities Assist with maintenance repairs and complete work orders in apartments and common areas Inspect and maintain mechanical room equipment, including fuse panels, piping, boilers, pumps, HVAC systems, valves, and regulators Monitor and maintain pool equipment, including temperature, chemicals, pumps, and overall cleanliness Perform daily lighting checks in hallways, common areas, and shared spaces Maintain grounds by conducting routine walks to identify trash, damage, safety concerns, or repair needs Complete general maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, minor electrical work, drywall repair, painting, fixture installation, and appliance troubleshooting Perform drywall patching, hole repairs, and interior touch-up painting to maintain high-quality finishes throughout the community Respond to resident requests with professionalism and excellent customer service Help maintain curb appeal and ensure the community remains clean, safe, and visually appealing Skills and Qualifications General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and building systems Experience with drywall patching, finishing, and interior painting strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on resident satisfaction Good time management and organizational skills Professional communication abilities Basic computer and TV setup skills are a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity As a Maintenance/Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the community runs smoothly and residents feel at home.
