Role:

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to work in the region of Massachusetts and Connecticut. (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

NOTE:

Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work. This position requires regular travel to customer locations throughout Western Massachusetts and North-Central Connecticut. Candidates must be comfortable traveling within a 50-mile radius service area that includes the Springfield, MA and Hartford, CT metropolitan regions. Company vehicle will be provided plus gas card, tools & materials will be provided during work hours.

Compensation & Benefits:

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Paid Holidays PTO Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Commercial Maintenance Work Installing Commercial Shades Hanging Medical Curtains Installing Curtain Track Changing Door Locks Replacing Light Bulbs Changing Ballasts Minor Plumbing Work Minor Electrical Work Unclogging Toilets Hanging Numerous Items on Walls Minor Sheetrock Repair Patching & Painting Assembling office furniture Various handyman work

Role Requirements:

1 Year maintenance/handyman experience Valid Driver's License Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time Climb stairs and ladders
