Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swimming Pool Service Manager / Field Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational integrity of swimming pools and aquatic facilities. This leadership role involves managing a team of service technicians, coordinating service schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and chemical handling protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of pool systems and equipment, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the versatility to perform effectively in both field and office settings You will enter an initial role as a Service Technician. From day one, you will be fast-tracked for technical leadership
  • leading by example in the field before fully transitioning ito a supervisory capacity.
Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of pool maintenance and service activities across multiple sites, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Travel to job sites as necessary and provide on-site assistance and repairs. Oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair, and routine maintenance of pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards related to outdoor work environments and chemical handling. Maintain accurate service records, inventory of parts and tools, and report on operational performance. Operate company vehicles responsibly for field service activities while adhering to all traffic safety laws. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service schedules, maintenance issues, or repairs needed; provide professional customer support. Qualifications Proven experience in management or service supervision; knowledge of pool plumbing systems. Mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment troubleshooting and repairs. Familiarity with pool maintenance procedures including cleaning, equipment repair, and routine inspections. Ability to work computer softwares and applications. Comfortable with excel, word, outlook. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to operate company vehicles safely within traffic regulations. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and general maintenance equipment, preferred, but not required. Prior experience as a service technician or in a similar role involving equipment troubleshooting is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Schedule Monday thru Friday
  • report to facility by 7AM. Ability to work Saturdays during peak season. 40+ hours per week. Plenty of overtime. Must be available through mid-October
