This role is responsible for maintaining the facilities, grounds and equipment for our world-class head quarters in Killingly.

This would include:

Policing the grounds, shoveling/sanding walks as necessary, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs including watering Perform carpentry, floor repair, plumbing repairs and minor electrical repairs (Plumbing experience preferred) Paint both interior and exterior of building Promote continuous improvement by taking the initiative to identify issues and provide solutions with the goal of reducing cost and improving performance Our requirements for the role include: High School diploma (or equivalent) Ability to lift 60 lbs, bend stoop, climb and reach Ability to work without supervision
