This position involves installing residential and commercial awnings, pergolas, shade systems, and related products. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has strong mechanical skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Install residential and commercial awnings, retractable awnings, pergolas, and shade systems Read installation drawings and follow manufacturer specifications Safely use power tools, ladders, and lifts Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites Ensure all installations meet company quality standards Communicate professionally with customers on-site Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently Qualifications Construction, carpentry, installation, or mechanical experience preferred Experience with awnings is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Ability to lift 75+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for overtime Paid holidays and vacation Career advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Schedule Monday-Friday Day shift Overtime available during busy seasons Why Join Us?
