The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and experienced in apartment maintenance with working knowledge of: Electrical repairs Plumbing Drywall and painting Flooring Appliance repair and installation Windows and locks HVAC systems General carpentry Responsibilities Complete service requests in occupied and vacant apartments Repair and install appliances Perform drywall, tile, painting, and flooring repairs Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems Complete plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs Perform preventative maintenance under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor Maintain community grounds, including landscaping and waste removal Assist with masonry, sewer maintenance, and general property upkeep Remove snow and ice as needed Work collaboratively with contractors and fellow team members Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation for emergency maintenance Safely operate company vehicles, including golf carts, quads, and trucks Properly and safely use maintenance tools and equipment Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications Experience in residential or apartment maintenance preferred Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repair Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift heavy appliances and maintenance materials Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented Apply Today!
