- Can properly use machinery, tools, and equipment to diagnose and fix routine problems Ability to test a relay or contactor to determine which contacts are bad, not just that the component itself has failed. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics and manuals Troubleshoot electrical control issues utilizing the I/O lights on a PLC Communication skills
- Can effectively relay ticket status and translate information between employees and vendors, asking the right questions to identify and correct weaknesses Critical thinking skills
- Can identify why processes or operations are not working as well as they should offer any root cause solutions Detail-oriented
- Possesses a strong observational ability, demonstrates cleanliness, neatness, "paints behind the cabinet" mentality Can work around people while maintaining a positive, supportive demeanor Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Docs, Jira ticketing systems Ability to control multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail while maintaining a high degree of accuracy Ability to support a rotating weekend on-call schedule for site support with additional compensation Compensation $26/hour+ based on prior experience and qualifications Quarterly bonus potential of $900 Benefits and Perks Company-subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
