Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong apartment maintenance background, with the ability to due light electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, painting. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our residential properties. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Must be able to perform sheetrock, taping, mudding. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards of properties. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Hours are 8am-430pm, Monday thru Friday.
