Job Description — Fence Installer / General Construction Worker (Naugatuck CT) $18-$22/hr

Duration:
Approximately 4 weeks Company on req: Zone 4 Position Overview Seeking 5 Fence Installers/General Construction Workers to support installation of an 8-foot metal security fence surrounding an automated racking system inside an active Amazon distribution facility. This project is fencing installation only, no mechanical installation or rack assembly is involved. Key Responsibilities Install 8-foot metal security fencing per project specifications Work safely in an active industrial/warehouse environment Follow site safety protocols and client onboarding procedures Required Certifications (must be completed BEFORE arrival) OSHA-10 Certification (cannot be completed through the client's HSI platform, must be done independently in advance) Silica Awareness for Oil and Gas Fall Protection Training Crane Safety and Hand Signaling Training Site Onboarding Amazon-specific QR code/VCO-style registration process Initial QR code must be completed ahead of arrival; remaining onboarding steps completed on-site Preferred Tools (bring your own) Wrenches Handheld drill Hammer Screwdrivers and fastening tools Basic installation tools (Larger concrete anchoring equipment provided on-site) Requirements Experience using basic mechanical hand tools Ability to work in an active industrial environment Available to mobilize immediately
