Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30

PM Fridays:

Varies based on workload; overtime is common Direct Hire Opportunity Great Opportunity for an Experienced Mechanical Maintenance Professional! We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing manufacturing operation. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company experiencing significant growth over the next 6-10 months. This is a great opportunity for a mechanically skilled individual who understands how manufacturing equipment works and can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain presses and stamping equipment . What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment Perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime Work with mechanical presses and stamping equipment Repair and maintain hydraulic and mechanical components Perform equipment adjustments and repairs as needed Assist with equipment installations and modifications Use machining and fabrication skills to support maintenance needs Maintain a safe and organized work environment Work closely with the production team to keep equipment operating efficiently What We're Looking For The most important qualification is strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with presses or stamping equipment. Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, Millwright, or similar role Experience working with mechanical and/or hydraulic presses preferred Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment functions Ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment Experience with any of the following is a plus: Manual lathe Milling machine Surface grinder Welding Torch cutting/burning PLC troubleshooting Electrical/mechanical systems Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team You don't need to have every skill listed above.
